I have a problem with a Klarna payment

What happens to my payment through Klarna after the refund?

Standard Refund Processes

Refunding orders paid with Klarna involves a clear process:

  • Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to complete after processing.

  • Once issued, Klarna updates the invoice and sends a notification. You can view the changes in your Klarna dashboard. Additionally, refunds or store credits for replacement orders will adjust your payments accordingly, ensuring that any credits applied are reflected correctly on the invoice.

Additional Refund Details

If store credits are involved due to quality issues or replacements, Klarna will only request payment for the outstanding amount not covered by the credit. Ensure your invoice reflects these adjustments accurately. For most updated payment statuses, it's recommended to use the Klarna dashboard.
