How to log out?
For the New Website:
Click the profile icon in the upper right corner.
Select "Log Out".
For Legacy website:
Hover your cursor to the profile icon in the upper right corner.
Select "logout" from the dropdown.
How do I update my account information or password?
For the Legacy Website:
Update Information
Sign In: Log in to your account and go to the "Your Account" panel.
Contact Details: Navigate to 'Your Addresses' to update your delivery address(es) and to "Account Settings" for email address, email preferences, and other personal details.
Change Password
Change Password: In the "Account Settings" section, enter your old password, then your new password in the "Update your password" area and click "Update".
Forgot Password: If you’ve forgotten your password, click here to reset it.
For the New Website:
Update Account Information: If you are on the new website, and you need to update your account details, please reach out to our live agent for support.
Reset/Update password : You can reset your password in the new website by going to "My profile" scroll down and locate the "Reset password" button.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
If you would like to delete your Optimalprint account, you can follow these steps:
Log in to your account and go to "Account Settings"
Go to " Your Account and Data"
Click on "Delete Account" for the text box to appear.
Type in or copy paste "DELETE" in your own language. Make sure it all on capital letters and click on "Delete Account".
A pop-up will appear to confirm the account deletion and click on "OK".
