You can easily manage your Plus Membership from your account. From the Plus Membership page, you can view your membership details, manage your subscription, update your payment method, and check your Plus benefits.
What's in your Plus Membership Page
👉 Plus Membership Info
Displays your renewal date and the date your subscription was last renewed.
👉 Manage Membership
Cancel membership, cancel auto-renewal, and repurchase non-renewing Plus
👉 Your Plus Membership Benefits
Displays your membership benefits and the total delivery fees you’ve saved on eligible orders since purchasing your membership
👉 Payment Method
Displays your currently saved payment method, with options to update or add a new payment method
👉 Your Store Credits
Displays your available store credits earned from eligible orders
How to Cancel Membership
Sign in to your Optimalprint account.
Go to Plus Membership. You can hover over "Account" or choose from the left side tab of your page.
Go to Manage Membership section.
Select "Update, cancel and more"
Click on "End Membership"

Payment Method FAQs
Why am I being charged when I update or add a new payment method?
A temporary charge may be made to verify that your payment method is active and working correctly. The amount will be automatically refunded after the verification process.
Why is a payment method required?
As per our Terms & Conditions, Section 9 – Optimalprint Plus, the membership will automatically renew after the initial 12-month term. Therefore, a valid payment method must be saved to process the renewal.
