Optimalprint Plus cancellation and refund policy

Updated over a week ago

We want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our refund and cancellation policies for the Optimalprint Plus membership. Please review the information below based on your membership usage and website version.

Unused Memberships (No Orders Placed)

An unused membership means you have signed up for Optimalprint Plus but haven't yet placed any orders using the free delivery benefit.

If you have not used your Optimalprint Plus membership for free delivery:

  • Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund of your membership fee if requested within 14 days of purchase.

  • How to Request: Please connect to our live agent directly to cancel your Plus membership.

  • Accidental Sign-Up: If you mistakenly signed up during your first purchase and haven't used the benefits, you qualify for a full refund within the 14-day window.

Used Memberships (At Least One Order Placed)

If you have used your Plus membership for free delivery:

  1. Refund Eligibility: Your refund eligibility is based on the delivery cost savings:

  • No Refund: If your savings on delivery costs meet or exceed the membership fee.

  • Partial Refund: If your savings are less than the fee paid, you may receive the difference as a refund.

  1. How to Cancel:

  • Within 14 Days of Purchase:

    • Contact customer service via chat to request a refund of your membership fee, minus any delivery savings.

    • Important: Canceling your membership will result in the loss of any remaining store credits, Plus discounts, and free delivery benefits.

    • You will receive a confirmation email titled, "We're sorry to see you go."

  • After 14 Days:

    • A refund is no longer available, but you can request to cancel the automatic renewal at any time.

    • You will continue to enjoy free delivery and all Plus benefits until the membership end date, with no further charges.

    • Cancelling only prevents future renewal charges and does not terminate your current subscription period benefits.
