Location of the pick-up point?

Currently, we do not offer the option to select a specific pick-up point location. Instead, our shipping provider will automatically assign a pick-up point that is as close as possible to the delivery address.

Once your package arrives at the assigned pick-up point, the address will be made available through the tracking link provided.

If you are unable to pick up the package from the assigned location, please connect to our live agent so that we can assist you further.


Can I order in advance and have it shipped later?

At the moment, this is not possible. Once you place the order your design will be sent to print immediately However, you can always store designs in your Drafts and then place an order when needed.


Can I pick up my order directly from the print house?


Orders cannot be picked up by the customers straight from the print houses. All orders will be delivered using a shipping provider, either to a pickup point or directly to a specific address, depending to the shipping method you choose at checkout.


Can you deliver an order to two separate addresses?

We cannot split an order between two addresses. If you like to send an order to two or more addresses, a separate order has to be placed for each.

Any purchased designs are saved in Your Orders section. Click on Add to Basket and the order will be re-added to your basket. You can change the quantity and paper options also at this stage if you wish, at checkout you'll be able to select a new address.


Can you speed up the production or delivery of an order?

We aim to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. However, production and delivery times vary based on the product and the shipping method you select. Please note that we cannot expedite orders, and your order will arrive within the dates mentioned at checkout.

  • Product-Specific Production Times: Different products have different production times, meaning the time it takes to create your item may vary.

  • Automated System: Our efficient, automated system processes orders to ensure accuracy and speed. As a result, we cannot manually expedite production for individual orders.

  • Estimated Delivery Dates: The estimated delivery date, shown at checkout, accounts for both production time and the selected shipping method. Your order will arrive within this timeframe.

  • Choosing Your Shipping Method: For faster delivery, please select the Express shipping option if it is available for your order.

Do I need to indicate a correct postal code?


It is very important that you enter a fully correct delivery address including the postal code in order to ensure timely delivery of your order.

How fast will my order arrive?

The delivery time for your order depends on the chosen shipping method and the efficiency of local postal services. Once your order has been placed, we cannot expedite delivery or change the shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • The most accurate estimated delivery time is provided at checkout, taking into account factors such as product type and quantity.

  • Please note that these estimated delivery dates are indicative and not guaranteed. Some orders may arrive a day or two after the maximum estimated delivery date.

Shipping Confirmation

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with an estimated arrival date.

  • This information is also available in your Account under the “Your Orders” section.

To Check Your Order Status:

  1. Go to your Account.

  2. Navigate to the “Your Orders” section to view your order details and tracking information.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically during checkout. They depend on the number of products, their total weight, and the destination.


When can I expect my order to arrive?

We strive to provide accurate delivery estimates based on the latest information from our shipping partners. While over 95% of our orders are delivered within the estimated time frame, external factors can occasionally cause delays.

Haven't Received Your Order Yet? Follow These Steps Before Contacting Support:

  1. Check Your Tracking Information

    • Log in to your account to view the tracking information for your order.

    • Please note that our production times vary by product, and it may take a few days to produce and ship your order.

    • HERE is how you can find the tracking link in your account. (This is only applicable to Legacy website)

  2. Check for Multiple Packages

    • Your order might have been split into multiple packages. If so, you will receive either one email with multiple tracking numbers or multiple shipping confirmation emails, each with a different tracking number.

    • Ensure you check all tracking links provided.

  3. Wait 24-48 Hours

    • Over 80% of delayed packages arrive within this period. We understand waiting can be difficult, but rest assured our support team is here to help.

    • If necessary, our team will contact our shipping partners to get the most up-to-date status. However, it usually takes up to 48 hours to receive a response, by which time the package often arrives.

Note: Orders that are already in transit cannot be expedited.

Where will the product be printed?

The products are always printed as close to you as possible, depending on the products' availability.

Most of our products will be printed locally in your country but for some of them, it's necessary we print them with printing partners in other countries to make sure the quality for them is perfect and that you will receive the product just as you expected.


Will Optimalprint bundle my recent orders together in one shipment?

We are not able to combine multiple orders into one shipment as we print and ship 7 days a week. You may order as many designs as you wish in one order (just add them all to your basket before placing the order) and the shipping will be grouped together where possible.

Please note that some orders of a different category of products will be split into multiple parcels, meaning that the items will be printed in different print houses. By doing this, we ensure that you get the best quality products. You will receive two order confirmation emails and two tracking codes to easily follow the delivery status of your packages.
