Optimalprint's platform transition involved discontinuing its newer platform due to system limitations that made data transfer, including drafts and account details, impossible. This decision aims to simplify operations and focus on improving the primary platform for a more reliable user experience.

What Does This Mean?

  • Reordering designs placed through the new website is no longer possible.
    As part of this transition, designs ordered through the newer platform are no longer accessible for reordering.

  • Drafts from the new website cannot be recovered.
    Any saved drafts or works-in-progress created on the new site are no longer accessible. These drafts were tied to the now-retired platform and, unfortunately, cannot be recovered. We recommend starting fresh on our original website, where you’ll be able to save and manage your new designs moving forward.

  • Personal Data and Photos: For security reasons, personal details, photos, and books created on the discontinued website have been permanently deleted.

  • You will need to set up your account on our original website.
    If you haven’t done so yet, you’ll need to create a new account or log into your existing one on the original platform. This will ensure you can continue accessing all features and services without interruption.
