As part of this transition, designs ordered through the newer platform are no longer accessible for reordering.Drafts from the new website cannot be recovered.
Any saved drafts or works-in-progress created on the new site are no longer accessible. These drafts were tied to the now-retired platform and, unfortunately, cannot be recovered. We recommend starting fresh on our original website, where you’ll be able to save and manage your new designs moving forward.
