For Old Website: Discount codes can be entered in the shopping cart. You must have a product in the shopping cart to enter a discount code.
For New Website: You can enter the discount code or voucher during checkout

We are sorry to hear that you have not been able to use one of your promotional codes. In this case, connect to our live agent with the ID (identifier) of your order and the discount code you wanted to use and we will refund the difference.

If your discount code isn’t working, please review the following common reasons:
Minimum order value is not reached: Most discount codes require a minimum purchase amount. If the discount code was found on our website, the minimum value will be clearly mentioned—typically at the top of the homepage.
Discount code has expired: If the code was shared on the website, the expiration date can usually be found at the top of the homepage next to the code. If you received the code via email, the expiration date will be included in the message.
Discount code is entered incorrectly: Please ensure the code is typed exactly as provided, with no extra spaces before or after.
Discount code has already been used: Many codes are for one-time use only.
Another discount code is already applied to the order: Only one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes cannot be combined.
The discount code belongs to another store: Make sure the code was issued by our store and not a third-party site.
Some items in your order are not eligible for the discount: Eligibility will be indicated where the discount code is displayed—either on the website or in the email where you received it.
Discount codes do not apply to shipping fees: Discounts are only valid for the product(s) in your order, not the shipping cost.
The discount code contains “APP”: This means the code can only be redeemed via our mobile app and will not work on the website.
Important notes about discount application:
Apparel: Discounts are applied only to the garment (e.g., T-shirt) and not to the cost of the print or design.
Posters: Discounts apply only to the poster itself and do not extend to frames added to the poster.

Add your desired items to the basket.
Enter the discount code in the provided field before proceeding to checkout.
Please note: Discount codes must be applied before you complete your order. It is not possible to redeem a code after the order has been placed.

Why am I being charged for shipping even though my order qualifies for free shipping?
On our new website, free shipping is available when your order reaches a certain amount. However, this is based on the total product cost after any discounts are applied.
For example, if free shipping is offered for orders above 40 EUR (or equivalent in your currency), your final product total after discounts must be 40 EUR or more to qualify.
If your order total falls below this amount after applying a discount, shipping charges will still apply.
