For Old Website: Discount codes can be entered in the shopping cart. You must have a product in the shopping cart to enter a discount code.
For New Website: You can enter the discount code or voucher during checkout

We are sorry to hear that you have not been able to use one of your promotional codes. In this case, write us an e-mail How do I contact Optimalprint? with the ID (identifier) of your order and the discount code you wanted to use and we will refund the difference.

Coupon codes must be redeemed before the order is completed. Post-redemption is unfortunately not possible. To redeem a discount code, please add it to your basket before proceeding to checkout. Coupon codes may be valid for certain products, categories or campaigns.

Discount code has expired
Discount code is entered incorrectly (make sure you do not have spaces before or after the code)
Discount code has already been used
A different discount code has already been registered on the current order
The discount code belongs to another store

We cannot extend discount codes that have expired. We frequently launch special offers, please download our Optimalprint app for access to the latest offers.

The easiest way to use and access special offers is via our Optimalprint app available for Android and iOS.
You can also follow us on Facebook and opt-in to receive our special offer emails by going to your account settings and checking the 'Email News and Offers' box.
Applying a voucher code or discount code is easy. Once you are on the shopping basket page, simply enter the Code in the box under 'Voucher Code' and apply before proceeding to checkout.
