Calendars FAQs

Updated over a week ago

How many pages do calendars have?

Our calendars vary by format:

  • Double A4 Size (Large Landscape): 13 pages

  • Other Sizes: 7 pages

Please note that the last page is blank, and additional pictures cannot be added there. You can upload a minimum of 13 photos and a maximum of 48 photos on the inner pages (if you select 4-photo layouts). All uploaded photos will be available for selection when you click the "Images" option.

Important: All calendars are printed on both sides of the pages to minimize environmental impact. We use eco-friendly materials and production methods, which significantly reduce carbon emissions.

Can I order a calendar in advance for later shipment?

No, it’s not possible to place an advance order for a calendar. Once your order is placed, it goes directly to print, and the preview in your cart will reflect the final product. To ensure timely delivery, we update our calendars for the upcoming year well before Christmas.

How do I change the calendar size?

To select a different calendar format, click on the icons representing various sizes on the design page. Please note that once you begin creating a calendar, changing the size is not possible; you’ll need to return to the design page and start a new calendar from scratch to select your preferred size.

Is the ‘Optimalprint’ logo printed on calendars?

No, the Optimalprint logo is not included on any calendars.

What guidelines should I follow when submitting photos for my calendar?

For the best results, please follow these guidelines:

  • Avoid using photos from messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram) as they may be compressed.

  • Use original photos whenever possible. Ask friends or family to send images via email or platforms like Google Photos or Dropbox to maintain quality.

  • Ensure that images from your digital camera are in the highest resolution available (minimum 300 DPI) for sharp printing quality.

  • For collages, use smaller images since they may be compressed to fit frames. Uploading high-resolution images may lead to pixelation.

I’m unclear about the sizing of my calendar.

If your calendar is labeled "Double," such as "Large Landscape Double," the displayed size refers to its dimensions when fully opened.
