Under 'Formats,' you have the freedom to customize your mug. Choose the type of mug, its size, photo area, and color, all tailored to your preferences.
At the top, you have the summary of the product specifications as well as "Undo" and Redo" buttons and also a 3D preview and a normal preview.
You also have the “Save to drafts” button, which allows you to save your design for later use
When you are finished with the editing, simply click the button “Add to basket” to proceed to checkout

Should you encounter an error message, don't overlook it. Follow the instructions provided, usually indicating an issue with the image.
Remember, the maximum image size allowed is 30 MB, and we accept JPEG and PNG formats.

Currently, we only offer printing on the outside of the mugs. You can personalize the exterior with your design, but the interior remains unprinted.

Standard 11 oz (325 ml) white ceramic mug.

Formats
You can choose two formats:
Simple photo mug: it has the photo(s) facing you when holding it and only half of the mug contains photo(s)
Wrap around photo mug: the photo(s) are displayed from handle to handle so regardless whether you hold the mug with your right or left hand you will always be facing a photo

Will all my mugs arrive in one parcel?

Typically, we make every effort to ship all items purchased in a single order together for your convenience. For instance, if you've bought mugs, they're most likely to be packaged and dispatched together. However, there is a possibility that they might be separated into multiple parcels if you've ordered a large quantity.
Regardless of the shipping arrangement, you will receive all the necessary tracking links via email. Additionally, you can easily access these tracking details in the Order History section of your Account.
