What is the difference between the standard aluminum prints and brushed aluminum prints?

Standard Aluminum Prints

  • Finish: Standard aluminum prints have a smooth, flat surface that gives a sleek and modern look.

  • Appearance: The images are printed directly onto the aluminum, resulting in vibrant colors and sharp details. The finish tends to enhance the brightness and clarity of the image.

  • Durability: Standard aluminum prints are resistant to moisture and UV rays, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor displays.

  • Use: Ideal for photographic images or artwork where clarity and color accuracy are paramount.

Brushed Aluminum Prints

  • Finish: Brushed aluminum prints feature a textured surface that has been brushed or polished, creating a series of fine lines. This texture gives the print a unique, metallic sheen.

  • Appearance: The brushed finish allows the natural aluminum to show through the image, which can create an interesting interplay between the artwork and the metal. This effect can add depth and a contemporary feel to the piece.

  • Durability: Like standard aluminum prints, brushed aluminum prints are also resistant to moisture and UV rays.

  • Use: Best suited for designs where the metallic look enhances the overall aesthetic, such as abstract art or images with strong contrasts.

To make sure the print will reach you in perfect condition and without any damage during transportation, we add a layer of protective film over the print.

To have the best quality for the photo, after the print is mounted on the wall, please remove the protective film to reveal the true quality of the print.
