Editing or Canceling Your Order

If you notice any issues with your order, you can cancel and edit your design within 30 minutes after you place the order.

Processing and Printing

Your order will be automatically sent to a local print house 30 minutes after you place it. After this time, your order cannot be edited or canceled. However, you can still update the delivery address until your order is shipped, which typically happens the morning after you place your order.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is passed to the shipping provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (and an SMS if you opted for it). If you selected a shipping method with tracking, the tracking code will be included in the email and available in your account.

If you do not receive confirmation emails from us, please check your spam folder.
