Why is the Website Looking Different?

Welcome to our help center! We understand that you may have some questions about the changes you see on our website. In this article, we will address some of the most common questions that our customers have.


What Does the Change Mean?

We are constantly working to enhance our website and offer the best experience to our customers. The changes you currently observe are the results of updates and a transition to our new platform. These updates are designed to simplify your browsing and shopping experience, making it more enjoyable and efficient. They also empower us to quickly add new products and experiences at scale.

At first some products might not be directly available for purchase while the transition occurs. If there is something you are looking for and cant find in our product selection, please contact our team.


Where is Optimalprint Plus?

Optimalprint Plus is having a make over. Currently, Optimalprint Plus it is not available to purchase in our new platform.

All customers who previously purchased Optimalprint Plus before our migration to the newer platform will continue to have free standard shipping in all orders for the remainder of 365day, as long as it continues to respect the Terms and Conditions previously established in our old website.

I was making a product! Where are my drafts?

At the moment you will only be able to see the drafts from products created on the new website. Old drafts are no longer available, like communicated through emails and reminders leading into the cutover date of the migration. If you just recently started using our services you might not had the chance to receive a communication around the website change. Our customer service team may be able to request to locate a draft, so do not hesitate to contact us if it was an important design.


Where are My Orders?

As part of the transition to a newer platform, the previous orders are no longer directly accessible through the website. We understand that a lot of our customers would like to continue reordering memories and creations done in the past. Therefore, our customer service team can request exceptionally request access to data from previous orders. Their are stricter security measures to ensure your privacy, so contact our team to learn more.

For older tracking links and follow ups on the orders placed on the previous website, if you had selected to receive the shipping confirmation by email and SMS, you should have it saved on your mailbox or phone. We are also able to provide previous information around your order so contact our team in case you cannot find it.


My Discount Code is Not Working!

Some discount codes have expired or lost their validity once the store has changed. We are now adopting a more stable pricing system with longer term discounts. The discounts currently available on our site are for limited time due to the re-platforming.

If you received a discount code and were unable to use it, contact our customer service team. We always honor valid codes received by our customers.


Will you also discontinue the App?

No, we have a mobile app available for both iOS and Android devices. Our app offers a convenient way to browse and order products from our website. You can download our app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Currently, our App will redirect you to our new platform until the new App is adapted and functioning on the new store.


Is There Anything You Can Do to Support?
