Reaching our customer support team is simple and convenient. You can choose from two easy methods:

  2. Use the Support Widget:

    • Click the widget located at the bottom left of the screen.

    • Select Messages to start a live chat with our team.


How It Works:

  • Our system works asynchronously, keeping your chat open until your issue is resolved.

  • You’ll also receive email notifications, allowing you to continue the conversation even after leaving the chat.

  • Our bot will assist you first by offering helpful solutions. If you need more personalized support, type or click Get more help, and one of our team members will assist you.

How to Close the Chat Window

  • On a Laptop or Desktop:
    To close the chat window, simply click the chat widget again, and the window will close.

  • On a Mobile Phone:
    Tap the "X" icon in the upper-right corner of the chat window to close it.
