    If you need further assistance, we'd be happy to assist you via chat. To do this, follow these easy steps:

    • Click the widget located at the bottom-right of the screen.

    • Select Messages to start a live chat with our team.


Our Availability

Our team is available via live chat 24 hours a day from Monday to Friday and from 10 AM to 6:30 PM (UTC+2) on weekends.


How It Works:

  • Our bot will assist you first by offering helpful solutions. If you need more personalized support, type "Connect to Agent", and one of our team members will assist you.

  • Our system works asynchronously, keeping your chat open until your issue is resolved.

  • You’ll also receive email notifications, allowing you to continue the conversation even after leaving the chat.


How to Close the Chat Window

  • On a Laptop or Desktop:
    To close the chat window, simply click the chat widget again, and the window will close.

  • On a Mobile Phone:
    Tap the "X" icon in the upper-right corner of the chat window to close it.


Can I contact you by phone?

We currently don’t have phone support or a phone number you can call. However, you can easily connect with one of our live agents through the chat.
