We prioritize local printing whenever feasible, ensuring efficiency and minimizing environmental impact. However, there are occasions when your orders may not be available locally. In such cases, we seamlessly redirect them to the nearest print house in our network that can fulfill your order promptly and efficiently.

When "standard" shipping method is chosen, a red notice that customs fees may apply to your orders depending on your location and local regulations is shown at checkout.

Standard delivery methods do not have the associated costs of customs billed in, and therefore may be charged when arriving to the destination country!

As the recipient, you will be responsible for covering any associated costs to ensure the smooth delivery of your package.

When "express" shipping is chosen, this method already has included the customs fees within the charge, and you should NOT be billed for the customs within entree. In rare instances where you are unexpectedly asked to pay customs fees to claim your package, we kindly request that you contact us immediately to find a solution.

If you have already payed for an express method, or if no customs was shown at checkout, provide us with the receipt of payment or a copy of the invoice detailing the incurred charges and we will promptly review the situation and facilitate reimbursement for any eligible fees incurred.
