Quality Concerns:

If you have any concerns regarding color consistency or overall product quality, please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive defective or damaged products, such as those incurred during transit or errors in quantity, please notify our support team. We will cover the costs of replacing your order and expedite the process to ensure your satisfaction.

Text and Image Accuracy:

To guarantee the accuracy of your personalized products, we rely on the information and images provided by our customers. We advise proofreading all text and ensuring images are of high quality before finalizing your order. Products containing typos or pixelated/blurry images are not eligible for our quality guarantee. If you require a new order with corrected text or images, you will be responsible for the associated costs.

Address Accuracy and Unclaimed Shipments:

Ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete to prevent delivery issues. If an insufficient address or unclaimed shipment leads to the package being returned, it will be disposed of. A new order with updated address information will require you to cover the associated expenses.

Returns for Personalized Products:

Personalized products, crafted specifically for each order, are not eligible for returns. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
