At Optimalprint, our system is fully automated to ensure efficiency and quick turnaround times. This means that we do not manually proofread or check the text before sending it to print.

What You Need to Know Before Placing an Order

Your designs and items will be printed exactly as they appear in the preview within your shopping basket. We strongly recommend that you carefully review your design, including any text, images, and layout, before placing your order. Once an order is placed, our system begins processing it immediately.

What to Do If You Notice an Issue

If you spot an error (like a typo or missing text) after placing your order, you have a 30-minute window to cancel it. You can then make corrections by adding the same design back into your basket, making the necessary changes, and placing a new order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer solutions for typos or missing text, as these are elements that are outside our control. The final product is based solely on the design you approve at checkout.
