Sometimes, we include extra cards to our orders, which may look like the order is incomplete and is missing something or that you might have received more than expected. This situation usually happens when ordering samples because we print in batches of 10 cards. You can read more about sample cards HERE

The extra cards are free of charge and you can use them as back-ups or keepsakes. Thus, you will be charged only for the quantity you selected in the basket before placing the order.

We cannot promise that extra items will be sent with an order and we try to minimize this occurrence for environmental reasons. Please note that orders with extra cards will not include any additional envelopes.
