Understanding Minimum Purchase Quantities and Samples

Most of our products have a minimum purchase quantity of 10 and are sold in increments of 10, as quantity increases. This means that when you place an order, you are purchasing 10 cards of the desired product.

We understand that sometimes you may want to see a sample of our product before making a larger purchase. That's why we offer samples for certain categories. Each customer can buy 1 sample per order and a maximum of 3 samples per year.

One sample, if available for the variation of the product, will still consist of 10 cards when produced and shipped, but will have the equivalent cost of a single card.

If you want to purchase envelopes with the sample card, please tick the "add envelopes" button from the basket before placing your order.

We do not offer the option to purchase envelopes separate from the cards.

Orders containing Cards are placed and sent within 5-10min for printing, making them difficult to cancel or alter. If in doubt, contact our customer service team to get the issue rectified.

This sample card option is unfortunately not available on the new website. The minimum quantity is 10. If you choose 1, that is equivalent to 10 pcs of cards.
