Applies to countries using the new website (US, UK, IE, AU, NZ, ES, IT)

We understand that starting from scratch if you want to reorder the same thing is time-consuming and we wanted to make it easier for you!

To reorder items previously placed in the new website, you can do it as follows:

  1. Log in to your account and click "My Orders".

  2. Under My Orders, all previous orders are listed (sorted from the latest to the oldest), including orders placed from our old website.

  3. Choose the order where your item is included and click on "Reorder". Your item/s will be added to your basket. You can remove, add, and/or edit the items that are in your basket.

  4. Lastly, you can complete your order!

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Orders placed from our old website will only contain relevant information and is not eligible for reorder. You can reorder them by logging in to our old website. It will still be available until further notice.

  • Some orders are not eligible for reorder despite being placed in our new website. Due to limitations and current changes that we are doing to improve our new website, orders with no preview and orders purchased with the subscription are not eligible for reorder.

    We are constantly working on improving our system to provide you with a seamless experience and we truly appreciate your patience.
