If you have received only parts of your order, please first check if the order was split into multiple packages. Sometimes, depending on the size of the product or the quantity ordered, we may ship the order in different packages.
For each package, you should receive a unique tracking number. The tracking numbers can be found in the shipping confirmation email we sent to you upon dispatch. You can also check this by accessing your Account under the “Your orders” section:
And in the order details you should see if there are more than one tracking links:
We recommend that you check the information about your order on each tracking link to find out the latest delivery status. It could happen that one of the packages arrives earlier than the rest.
