In most cases, Optimalprint automatically pays for any customs related fees on an order which could not be fulfilled locally, and therefore would be no required fees to pay.
If you have currently been requested by any of our shipping partners to pay for customs on your order, and you have not paid it yet:
- Please contact us. We will solve the problem, or by replacing the order, or by finding a way to pay for it.

If they state that you MUST pay customs:
- Contact us, so we can escalate to see if we can pay/invoice this for clearance
- Otherwise, we can refund the whole amount you paid

- Contact us with a proof of payment / copy of the customs fee request / or a specific tracking number from the carrier website, and we will refund the amount.
