For best results, follow the guidelines below:
=> Avoid submitting images downloaded from Facebook, as they may be of a poorer quality - try using original images if possible.
=> Submit the original image from your digital camera, taken at the highest resolution (pixels / DPI). When you upload the image, the system will notify you if the image quality is 'Good', 'OK', or 'Poor'. The minimum requirement for printing a sharp image is 300 DPI.
=> Make sure all subjects are well lit when taking pictures. Natural light is best, but in general, the brightness of the image should be strong.
=> Select the highest resolution and largest file your camera will support.
=> Look for motion, especially in infants, as motion captured on camera will be unclear and not always detected in resolution.
Remember that we always have a 100% quality guarantee - if you are not satisfied with the quality, this means a new print or a full refund - no discussion.
