After the order is refunded from our side, this may take up to 7 days to refund due to bank processing.

Canceled orders: All canceled orders will be refunded automatically but the refund can take up to 7 days until the money are returned.

NOTE: For some canceled orders, if the money have not reached us, they will be returned automatically to your account without a refund notice, they will just be transferred back so if you don't see the money please check with your bank.

Refunded orders from Customer Service: After the issue is solved and a refund is made from our customer service team, you will receive the refund in maximum of 7 days due to bank processing. If after 7 days the refund has not reached you, you can contact our customer service team back so they can investigate the issue.
