Terms and conditions for the promotional campaign through which customers earn store credit during Q4 2022 (the "Q4 2022 Credit Campaign")
To participate in the Q4 2022 Credit Campaign you must: (1) Be an existing Optimalprint customer, meaning you must have placed at least one previous order before participating; (2) Place your order in the Optimalprint app between 11 Nov 2022 - 31 Dec 2022, (3) Be opted in to email marketing and maintain this consent throughout the duration of the Campaign. If you fulfill the requirements, your order will automatically enter the Q4 2022 Credit Campaign. The calculation of credits will take place in January and you will be contacted once your credits have been issued to your account. For each order, you will receive credit to the value of 10% of what you paid (after any applied discounts and excluding shipping costs). Credits will be issued on 16 January 2023 and will be valid until 31 March 2023.
You may use your credit to purchase anything from our online store, with the exception of Optimalprint Plus membership fees. Credits can be combined with other discounts but cannot be used to pay for shipping costs.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel credits that we have determined to have been earned in breach of these rules, or credits resulting from a miscalculation.
Any credits earned through orders that would have been subsequently canceled will be revoked.
