Our network of local production partners ensures that your products are produced as close as possible to you as the customer, which makes us less vulnerable to supply chain disruptions and delays.
We will continue to provide the estimated delivery dates for each of your orders on the checkout , and inside your "My Orders" page from within your Optimalprint Account
However, due to the increase in e-commerce volume at the end of the year, and the likelihood of delays, we, unfortunately, cannot guarantee that your order will delivered on time. The earlier the order is received, the higher the chance of delivery before Dec 25.
We have also released a feature that updates the Updated Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) based on any factor identified during the making, or shipping of your product, providing the latest up-to-date information of its currently delivery state.
Note: Shipping times vary based on the size, weight, and destination zip code of the package. Our advice during this time of uncertainty is to encourage customers to place their orders as early as possible to get the best chance of receiving them before Dec 25 and to be transparent about the possible delays and unpredictability caused by current world events across to help set the right expectations.
