We want you to receive and enjoy your order as soon as possible. For this, we send all orders to print 30 minutes after your order was confirmed.
However, we understand that sometimes you need to modify, correct text or cancel an order. You do it within 30 minutes of placing it.
Please follow the steps below:
- From your Optimalprint account, go to Order History.
- Find the order you want to cancel and click on "Cancel Order"
- Select the reason to cancel
Once an order is successfully canceled, you will receive an email confirming the cancelation.
Your money will be automatically refunded; please note that bank processing may take up to 5 business days.
