After selecting your preferred mug type on the product page, you'll seamlessly transition to our user-friendly design editor.
Our mug design editor is designed for simplicity and ease of use. It boasts the following features:
Add the pictures you desire, and you can upload them either straight from your device or from Google Photos, Facebook, Instagram, or Dropbox.
Note: Please make sure the images are high resolution and with a DPI over 300).
You also have Add Text, Layouts, and Formats.
Under 'Formats,' you have the freedom to customize your mug. Choose the type of mug, its size, photo area, and color, all tailored to your preferences.
At the top, you have the summary of the product specifications as well as "Undo" and Redo" buttons and also a 3D preview and a normal preview.
You also have the “Save to drafts” button, which allows you to save your design for later use
When you are finished with the editing, simply click the button “Add to basket” to proceed to checkout

Before placing your order, it's crucial to review the preview to ensure everything is as you want it.
Should you encounter an error message, don't overlook it. Follow the instructions provided, usually indicating an issue with the image.
Remember, the maximum image size allowed is 30 MB, and we accept JPEG and PNG formats.
