How will the 10% be calculated for my order?
10% of the total value of the Products+VAT(tax) for every order placed within the parameters of eligibility you will receive a total of 10% store credits back on your Optimalprint account on January 16th 2023.
This does not include the amount paid for shipping or Optimalprint Plus membership.
When will this campaign start and for how long will it last?
For eligible existing customers starting from November 11th till December 31st.
Why I cannot see this promotion on the APP?
It will only be available within the App version 9.1.8 and above.
When will I be able to see their store credits in my account?
All customers will have the available funds from the campaign available in their Optimalprint accounts on January 16th 2023.
Who is eligible for this campaign?
All existing customers that placed orders with us at OP before 14th of November (11th of November for Australia & Canada as we launched this a few days earlier). And customers have to place the order in the app in order to get the store credits.
Customers must be opted-in (subscribed) for email and SMS notifications from Optimalprint.
If I opt-out (unsubscribe) from email communication at any point during this promotion, will I no longer be eligible to receive the store credit?
Yes, that is correct. You must not disable marketing communications for EMAIL before December 31st 2022.
If I want to opt-out from SMS, will I still be eligible for the store credits?
Yes, you can still opt-out from SMS and push notifications, but you must continue to receive our email communications until December 31st 2022.
What happens if I cancel my order?
If your order is canceled or refunded for any reason, the amount of store credit will be reduced for that order, making that order ineligible for when the credits are received on January 16th 2023.
Where can I see my credits?
- Store Credits will be shown (my account → my store credits) and can be used in web and app.
- All Store Credits will be automatically applied to the basket
- If there will be remaining store credits, the remaining amount will be reflected in my store credits section in the web and app.
- Store Credits Expiration is the end of Q1.
- Store Credits can not be used to pay for Plus and Shipping, but can be combined with other discounts.
Are these credits going to be different from the current existing credits provided by customer service?
Yes, these store credits will be separate from any credits or vouchers provided by customer service.
On what can these credits be used?
You can use your credit to purchase anything from our online store, with the exception of Optimalprint Plus. Credits can be combined with other discounts but cannot be used to pay for shipping costs.
