We try to print as close as possible to the original colour, but many factors can influence this.

Sometimes the image colour from the online version can differ from the printed version, depending on the screen settings and colour profile of the image. You can check on multiple screens to see if there is any colour difference and then check the screen settings.

If your product was printed with a slightly different colour than the photo you uploaded, this is most likely due to the colour profile of the image uploaded. The best colour profile is CMYK for accurate colour reproduction. There are multiple CMYK colour profile, however we use CMYK GRACoL 2006.

NOTE: If you upload a file with a different colour profile like RGB, we will always convert it to the closest similar one in CMYK values

• CMYK – colour model used in printing, the letters stand for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Key (black). Our print machines have therefore 4 ink cartridges with these colours and when printing, we first apply one colour, after that the second, third and fourth cartridges are applied in press run, one after the other.
• For Black and Grey tones: We recommend using solid colours (one channel colour, e.g. C0 M0 Y0 K70)
• For Rich black: Preferred mixture 60 60 60 100 – total 280 for large elements and texts
