If you've purchased a membership and have not yet used it to place an order and get free delivery, then you can get in touch with customer service and request a full refund for your membership fee.
If you've placed at least one order with free delivery as a Plus member, then your refund is dependent:
- If you requested Plus cancellation and have since saved more in delivery costs than the price of your Plus membership fee, then you are not eligible for a refund of your membership fee
In all other cases:
- If you requested Plus cancellation within 14 days of purchasing Plus, then you will receive a refund for your membership fee minus the total delivery costs you’ve saved with Plus in that time period
- If you requested Plus cancellation more than 14 days after purchasing Plus, you are no longer eligible for a refund. We can still cancel Plus for you, but since it isn’t a subscription, there is little to lose by keeping it on your account. It will still provide you with free delivery if you make another order during your membership window
