If you have received only parts of your order or you noticed that you are missing parts, please first check if the order was split into multiple packages.
Sometimes, depending on the size of the product or the quantity ordered, we may ship the order in different packages.
For each package, you should receive a unique tracking number. The tracking numbers can be found in the shipping confirmation email we sent to you upon dispatch.
We recommend that you check the information about your order on each tracking link to find out the latest delivery status. It could happen that one of the packages arrives earlier than the rest.
