Will my order be impacted by any delay?
[15/04/2020] AuPost is currently experiencing delivery delays due to a high volume of parcels in their network. Please expect your order to arrive a few days after the promised date. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. More information can be found on AuPost website.
Together with our partners we get realtime information and update the promised delivery dates on our platform if needed, meaning that the estimated delivery dates you see at checkout are the most accurate ones.
For certain regions, you may experience longer than the normal production or delivery times, and we are monitoring the situation closely each day.

Can I amend the text on my invitation?
We want you to receive and enjoy your invitations and cards as soon as possible. For this, we send all orders to print 30 minutes after your order was confirmed.
If you would like to amend the text on an invitation, first, cancel the order within 30 minutes and then place a new one.
