If you think your order is late, please check the expected delivery date and the status of your order in Your Account. If there is a tracking number for your delivery, you can find it in your Order History and you should also receive it by email (and SMS if you so choose). The tracking code starts working in the morning, after we've shipped your order. If you haven`t added your phone number to receive SMS, but would like to do so, then please go to Account Settings and check the box 'Upon shipping, SMS' at the bottom left-hand side of the page.
Tracking codes are only available for orders placed with certain shipping methods -please see the Delivery Time page. If your order was not shipped with express, please be aware that the delivery time can be 1-3 working days later than the estimated delivery time you see in your account. This is due to local postal service variations.
If your delivery address is wrong or if your products still haven't arrived by 3 working days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
