Most of our products have a minimum purchase quantity of 10 and are sold in increments of 5, 10 or more as quantity increases, for some categories, however, we offer samples.

Each customer can buy 1 sample per order and a maximum of 3 samples per year. If you want to order more cards, please select the minimum quantity available in the basket. Here you can find our price list: https://www.optimalprint.co.uk/price-list

It's not possible to order different quantities to those you see on the website or app and in your shopping basket. However, you can duplicate the design in your shopping basket and choose a different quantity for the copied batch.

If you want to purchase envelopes with the sample card, please tick the "add envelopes" button from the basket before placing your order. At the moment, we do not offer the option to purchase envelopes separate from the cards. Also, please note that we send them in packs of 10 envelopes and we do not supply extra envelopes for the extra cards you might receive with your order.

After placing the order, it is not possible to change the quantity of the cards but you can cancel the order before midnight on the same day (the money will be automatically refunded back to your account) and place a new order for the right quantity.
