How can I personalize my canvas?

In order to personalize your canvas, please select the format you want and click on 'Personalize Design'. Then go to 'Photos' and upload your photos by clicking 'Choose photo' and select the images you want. Please drag and drop the image you want to use in the middle of the frame.

How to avoid bleeds and cut heads on canvas

When uploading a photo/image to a canvas template, the default layout will scale the photo in a way that the edges will be placed in the bleed area.

The bleed area is referring to the edges of the print that will be wrapped up around the frame.

Step 1: You will see the full image in the editor (bleeds included).

Step 2: Check the preview and you will notice the edges that will be wrapped around the canvas (they will not be visible on the front view of the canvas, but on the edges of the final product).

Step 3: Check the full preview and see how the final product will really look.

If you are not satisfied that part of the image will be cropped, we recommend changing the layout. This will allow the image to be fully visible on the front of the print, and the edges around the frame will be white.

What is behind my canvas?

Your name and printing information will be visible on the wrapped material on the back of the canvas to guarantee the quality of our products.

We include this information on the back of our canvases to guarantee that each customer receives their canvas accurately, minimizing any packaging errors. We implement this process to prevent any confusion or mix-ups in orders that may arise from the canvas being packaged upside down. Additionally, this serves as an extra quality assurance measure, ensuring that every order has been printed to our standards.

How to hang a canvas?

Step 1: Mark the wall

Mark in pencil where you want to place your canvas on the wall. Remember that the top of your canvas will be slightly above your pencil mark.

Step 2: Hammer the wall hook to the marked spot

Gently nail the hook where you marked the wall with a pencil. Hammering the nail at a slight angle will ensure that the wall bears most of the weight.

Step 3: Attach your bracket to the back of the canvas

Place it on the back of your canvas. On the top or on the sides - that's up to you. Use the screwdriver to screw the bracket in place.

Step 4: Hang your canvas

The hanging kit is included with the canvas in the order:

  • 1 x sawtooth bracket

  • 2 x screws

  • 1 x hook
Note: One sawtooth bracket can support a canvas weighing at most 6 kg (15 pounds).

Sample sawtooth brackets that will come with your canvas. (depending on the available hanging system)

Is it possible to order a canvas without the frame?

Our canvas is wrapped around a wooden frame; unfortunately, it is impossible to order it without its frame.
