Why is the Website Looking Different?

Welcome to our help center! In this article, we will provide you with some of the most frequently asked questions from customers who will and already have undergone some of the site changes in the next couple months.


What Does the Change Mean?

We are excited to announce that on August 19, 2024, Optimalprint will launch a brand-new website to provide you with an improved shopping experience.

Optimalprint will continue helping people create meaningful connections with others. Our vision is to become the number one destination for personalized products with the simplest creation experiences, using products and designs from all over the world.

What will happen to my Optimalprint Plus membership?

We are improving our Optimalprint Plus membership together with the launch of the new website! We will be sharing more information closer to August 19th, but customers can expect many improvements to their current membership.

All customers who previously purchased Optimalprint Plus, before or during the transition, will continue to have free standard shipping

Where will I be able to find my drafts?

As part of the website change, we are also reworking our editing tools. To ensure a smooth transition, we encourage you to finish and order any current creations by August 19. You will still be able to access your old creations until August 31 (by contacting customer service), but after this date, you will no longer be able to access your drafts and creations on the old website platform or on the old Optimalprint App, which will also be discontinued on August 31.

Where will I be able to see my previous Orders?

You can find all your previous order information within “My Account” within the website, but you won't be able to reorder any orders placed before August 19th due to migration of our privacy policy regarding your data.

These stricter security measures are to ensure your privacy, so contact our team to learn more.

For older tracking links and follow ups on the orders placed on our previous website, if you had selected to receive the shipping confirmation by email and SMS, you should have it saved on your mailbox or phone. We are also able to provide previous information around your order so contact our team in case you cannot find it.

My Discount Code is Not Working!

Use your discount codes before August 19th! Discount codes received before this date might have expired or lost their validity on our new website. We are now adopting a more stable pricing system with longer term discounts. The discounts currently available on our site are for a limited time due to the re-platforming.

If you received a discount code and were unable to use it, contact our customer service team. We always honor valid codes received by our customers.

Will you also discontinue the App?

We will also have a new version of the App on the launch date! Similarly to the website, the new version of the App will only contain the information present on the new website and will not be an extension of the old website. This might explain why some of the features you observed before are now different or under a different name.

What will happen to my Optimalprint account?

All your personal information on the pre-existing website will be available until August 31st, through an available link that can be accessed through our virtual assistant or through one of our agents. Your optimalprint account on our old website will then be deleted, together with the drafts, pictures, and all other personal information. The account will be inaccessible after this date, so please make sure to download or recover any pictures before then. We are transferring safely the information from your previous account over to our new website, with certain exceptions and limitations, including drafts and products previously created in our legacy editor (due to the architecture and structure of the designs).

Looking to reorder a product but can't find it on the new website?

If you're trying to reorder and can't locate your previous order on the new website, it's likely that your order was placed on our Legacy website. Don't worry—you can still reorder your products from the Legacy site using the following links:
