Optimalprint`s platform is changing and this requires you to reactivate your account.

Starting from March 20th, you should have received an email from Optimalprint or noticed a banner message about a new website layout if you are a customer in Australia or in the United States. This article will help you understand what these changes mean and if any action is required on your part.

Accounts created before March 20th, 2024, you require Activation of account and setting a new password on our new website.

This security measure ensures that your information remains protected on our updated platform, including safeguarding any old or existing passwords.

If this is your first time accessing the Optimalprint website and you need to create an account, click here to create your Account

If you already had an account with us, click to Activate

Clicking on the Activation page will lead you to a page were you will reactivate your account by adding your email address

Once you click reactivate, you will see a message saying "Check your email for a verification link to create your account" and this confirms that it was successful

You shall receive an email like the one below to continue the reactivation process.

This will lead to the final step that allows you to set a password for the account

As of now, limited information has been migrated from the old website to the new website.

You can access the Old websites on the button below to access all your previous information
