After the order is refunded from our side, this may take up to 10 days to refund due to bank processing.

Refunded orders from Customer Service: After the issue is solved and a refund is made by our customer service team, you will receive the refund in maximum 10 days due to bank processing. If after 10 days the refund has not reached you, you can contact our customer service team back so they can investigate the issue.

Canceled orders: All canceled orders will be refunded automatically but the refund can take up to 10 days until the money are returned.

NOTE: For some canceled orders, if the money have not reached us, they will be returned automatically in your account without a refund notice, they will just be transferred back so if you don't see the money please check with your bank.
