After the order is refunded from our side, this may take up to 3-7 working days to be refunded due to bank processing.
Refunded orders from Customer Service: After the issue is solved and a refund is made by our customer service team, you will receive the refund in a maximum of 3-7 working days due to bank processing. If, after 7 working days, the refund has not reached you, you can contact our customer service team so they can investigate the issue.
Canceled orders: All canceled orders will be refunded automatically, but the refund can take up to 3-7 working days until the money is returned.
NOTE: For some canceled orders, if the money have not reached us, they will be returned automatically in your account without a refund notice, they will just be transferred back so if you don't see the money please check with your bank.
