As we are a B2C company, we always charge VAT for every order.
You are able to add your VAT ID in one of the fields the billing address before placing the order and then then you can use the receipt/invoice to deduct the VAT tax in your country if needed.
How to add VAT in the order:
Add the VAT ID in one of the billing address fields
Place the order
Go back to 'Your Orders'
Click on 'Download Invoice' to make sure the VAT is correct and that you can use the invoice further.
If you were not able to add the VAT ID before placing the order, contact our support team for assistance.
