We want you to receive and enjoy your order as soon as possible. For this, we send all orders to print 30 minutes after your order was confirmed.

However, we understand that sometimes you need to modify, correct text or cancel an order. Therefore, you can cancel it within 30 minutes after placing the order. Otherwise, it will go into production, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

To cancel an order, please follow the steps below:

1. From your Optimalprint account, go to Your Orders.

2. Find the order you want to cancel and click on “Cancel Order”.

3. Select the reason to cancel from the pop-up notification drop-down list and click on “Confirm”.

Once an order is successfully cancelled, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.

Your money will be automatically refunded.

*Please note that bank processing may take between 3 and 7 business days.

For US and AU website

You can cancel your order by going to "My Account" by clicking the profile icon located at the upper right screen then under "Order History". Please note that you can only cancel an order within 30 minutes after it is placed.
