To delete a picture from a photo book, you have to:
Select the image you want to remove
Drag it out of the page of the book
Drop it when you see a red symbol
For USA and Australia websites:
Select the image you want to remove.
Click the trash bin icon located in the right corner of the editing page to delete the image or click the "Delete" key on your keyboard just make sure to delete also the image box.
