If you want to edit the text in a design, you need to click/tap on the text and edit the text in the text editor and save it. You can also change the color and size of the font. If you need more editing tools, please make sure to use a pc or laptop.

If nothing happens when you click/tap on the text, it means it cannot be edited and is part of the design. In that case, we cannot change this for you.

On a pc or laptop, you can align the text yourself. You can center the text by selecting the text and choosing the alignment options available at the top of the text box. On a mobile tablet, this should happen automatically.

If you need to change a placed order, you can do it within 30 minutes of placing it from your Optimalprint account in Order History.
