After selecting your desired card design on the product page, you will be automatically redirected to our intuitive and user-friendly design editor. Here’s a detailed guide to help you make the most of its features:

Features of the Design Editor

  1. Adding Pictures

    • If your chosen design includes pictures, you can easily add images from various sources: your device, Google Photos, Facebook, Instagram, or Dropbox.

    • Ensure your images are high resolution with a DPI over 300 for the best print quality.

  2. Main Editing Tools (Located on the Left Side)

    • Add Text: Insert custom text into your design.

    • Add Image: Upload additional images to your design.

    • Product: Choose the specific size, Paper type, Envelopes, and Trim (Rounded or No Trim)

  3. Alignment Tools and Undo (Located on the Top)

    • Revert your last action and the last undo.

    • Use the alignment options to position textboxes or images accurately.

    • A guide ruler is available to assist in precise placement.

    • Choosing the desired font and size.

  4. Navigating and Saving Your Design

    • With each modification, the "Save" icon will load automatically. Therefore any actions done will be automatically saved.

  5. Sample Texts

    • Some pages include sample texts. Edit or remove these texts to avoid them being printed.

    • If you remove the sample texts, the page will remain blank for you to write on manually if desired.

  6. Finalizing Your Design

    • Once you have finished editing all pages, click the “Continue to cart” button at the top right corner to proceed to checkout.

Important Reminders

  • Check the Preview: Always review the preview before placing your order to ensure all your changes are saved correctly.

  • Address Error Messages: If you encounter an error message, follow the provided instructions. Common issues include missing images or textboxes placed outside the print area.

  • Image Specifications: The maximum image size is 30 MB, and we support JPEG and PNG formats.

  • Low-Quality Images: The minimum requirement for the best print quality is at least 300 DPI.
