This article explains how to modify the shipping address for an order, as well as how to manage your default delivery addresses. You can update your shipping address before your order ships. If your order has already shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email, and the shipping address cannot be changed.


Changing an Order's Shipping Address

You can change the shipping address of your order before it is shipped. To change a shipping address for an order which is not shipped yet, please follow these steps:

For Legacy Websites:

Available in: United Kingdom, Canada, Sweden, Denmark, France, Ireland, Netherlands, Germany, Norway, Belgium, Switzerland, Singapore, Brazil, Italy, Spain

  1. Login to your account.

  2. Go to “Your Orders” section.

  3. Click on “Edit Delivery Address” on the right-side panel.

  4. Add all the required details for the new address and click “Update Address”.

Once you change the delivery address, you will not receive another email confirmation. However, the address is updated internally, and the order will be delivered to the new address.

For New Websites:

Only countries that are in the dropdown list:

  • US (United States)

  • UK (United Kingdom)

  • IE (Ireland)

  • AU (Australia)

  • NZ (New Zealand)

  • Spain (ES)

  • IT (Italy)

Unfortunately, you cannot change the delivery address of an already placed order directly on the new website. However, you can contact a live agent through our chat for assistance.


Managing Default Delivery Addresses

You can add, change, or review your default delivery address in your Account settings.

For Legacy Websites:

  1. Login to your account.

  2. Enter the “Your Addresses” section.

  3. Once you are in that section, you can either delete the current address, edit it, or simply add a new one.

If you add more than one address in this section, you will have the option to choose from one of these already existing addresses at checkout, just by simply clicking on “Use address”.

For New Websites:

If you do not have a default address created, you would have to fill out the delivery address every time you place an order.

On the other hand, if you have at least one default address, at checkout you will just have to click the “Use address” on any of them.

You can add or change your delivery address by clicking the profile icon located in the upper right corner of the Home page.
