Can I change the address of an order I have placed?

If you have selected the wrong address, you can amend the address up until the time the order is shipped. To change the address, go to "Account" and "Your Orders" and then on the right hand side of the impacted order you will see "Edit Address" if the item has not shipped. Edit the address and save.

You can review your delivery address marked as default, change or add a new delivery address directly to your Address Book within your account, or from the app by going to “My Profile”.

To add a new default address or change a pre-existing one, please follow the next steps:

1. Login to your account.

2. Enter the “Your Addresses” section.

3. Once you are in that section, you can either delete the current address, edit it, or simply add a new one.

4. If you add more than one address in this section, you will have the option to chose from one of these already existing addresses at checkout, just by simply clicking on “Use address”.

For US And AU websites

If you do not have a default address created, you would have to fill out the delivery address every time you place an order.

On the other hand, if you have at least one default address, at checkout you will just have to click the “Use address” on any of them.

You can add or change your delivery address by clicking the profile icon located in the upper right corner of the Home page.

How to change the shipping address for a placed order?

You can still change the shipping address of your order before it is shipped. Once it is shipped from us, you will get a tracking link on your email address and this means the shipping address cannot be changed anymore. This will also be reflected by the absence of the button “Edit Delivery Address” on your order.

To change a shipping address for an order which is not shipped yet, please follow these steps:


For Legacy Websites:

Available in: United Kingdom, Canada, Sweden, Denmark, France, Ireland, Netherlands, Germany, Norway, Belgium, Switzerland, Singapore, Brazil, Italy, Spain

1. Login to your account.

2. Go to “Your Orders” section.

3. Click on “Edit Delivery Address” on the right-side panel.

4. Add all the required details for the new address and click “Update Address”.

Note: Once you change the delivery address, you will not receive another email confirmation. However, the address is updated internally, and the order will be delivered to the new address.

For New Websites:

Only countries that are in the dropdown list : https://www.optimalprint.com/en-uk

Unfortunately, you cannot change the delivery address of an already placed order directly on the new website. However, you can contact a live agent through our chat for assistance. Here’s how:

  1. Start a chat session on our website.

  2. Our chatbot will first attempt to resolve your issue.

  3. If the issue persists, type or click "connect to an agent."

  4. A live agent will then check if the address can still be changed for you.

On the live chat agent side :

  1. Pull up the order ID : 1234567 provided by the customer in the API Dashboard under "Orders"

  2. Scroll down at the bottom right side of the page and click "Edit" button in the Shipping address

3. Change the address base on the customer provided details and confirm the changes in the MPJ tool

4. After changes has been made, inform customer by sending an Outbound email.
