In order to update your contact information, simply sign into Your Account’. Under 'Your Addresses', you will find your delivery address(es). Under ‘Account Settings’ you will find your email address, email preferences and other personal information.
To change your password, enter the old password followed by your new password under the ‘Update your password’ section of the Account Settings and click Update. If you've lost your password or have forgotten your password, you can reset your password here.
We can`t resend the undelivered batch if the post returns it to us. This is because the returns process is time-consuming and all undelivered orders are automatically recycled.
This means that it`s important to enter the correct delivery address when placing your order. Please contact us if you accidentally entered the wrong address and the order has already been shipped, or there was some other problem with the delivery.
